02.08.2019

Australian Naval Defence assets demand the highest quality Energy Management equipment available to meet the rugged requirements of operations both domestic and abroad. The AMI Group and ENAG have entered into an MoU to form a Joint Venture and a strategic partnership offering custom energy management solutions and supply to Australia’s Naval Defence projects, including design, manufacture, testing, commissioning, service and through life support.

"This is a great step for ENAG’s international development. Having worked with AMI, and Vince Tranchita for long time, we know that the AMI group is a reliable partner. Our joint competencies and expertise should enable our JV to meet Australian customers and government expectations." Henri Le Gallais – Chairman - ENAG
